What I collect

What you send me by email or through the enquiry form on the contact page: usually your name, work email, company, website, the systems you use and your message. Form enquiries are stored in my HubSpot CRM.
Booking details if you book a call through the scheduler on this site: your name, email, company, the time you pick and what you tell me you need. Bookings are stored in my HubSpot CRM.

This site runs on HubSpot. HubSpot sets analytics cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, only the cookies the site needs to work are set. I don't use advertising cookies. The fonts are served with this site, not from a third-party font service.

How I use it

To reply to your enquiry and run the call we arrange.
To send a quote, proposal or invoice if we agree to work together.

I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a newsletter unless you ask to join one.

Tools that process your information

Microsoft 365 handles my email and calendar, and Microsoft Teams hosts the calls.
HubSpot hosts this website, takes call bookings through HubSpot Meetings, and stores enquiries, bookings and client records in its CRM. It keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy terms.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and accounting records.
