It's part of my [terms of service](https://www.crmwired.com/terms?hsLang=en). Questions go to [abdur@crmwired.com](mailto:abdur@crmwired.com). ## The free call The 30-minute call is free, so there's nothing to refund. If you can't make it, reply to the booking confirmation or email me and I'll move it. ## Fixed-price projects - If you cancel before work starts, I refund your deposit in full. - If you cancel after work starts, I charge for the work done up to that point at $100 an hour, and never more than the quoted price. I refund the rest of your deposit. If the work done is worth more than the deposit, I invoice the difference. - If what I deliver doesn't match the written scope, tell me within 30 days of handover and I'll fix it at no charge. If I can't make it work as agreed, I refund the share of the price for that part of the work. ## Hourly work and support You pay only for time I've actually worked, and every invoice comes with a time log. Time already worked isn't refundable. If you think an invoice has a mistake, tell me within 30 days of the invoice date and I'll correct it and refund any overcharge. You can stop ongoing work at any time by email. ## Fees paid to other companies HubSpot subscriptions, app fees and other software plans are paid to those companies, not to me, so I can't refund them. Ask the company that charged you. ## How to ask for a refund Email [abdur@crmwired.com](mailto:abdur@crmwired.com) with your invoice number and what went wrong. I reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Card refunds can take another 5 to 10 days to show on your statement.
