CRM Wired is the trading name of CRM Wired LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA. I'm Abdur Rahim Mostafa, the owner, and I do the work myself. In these terms, "I" and "me" mean CRM Wired LLC, and "you" means the business that hires me. Contact: [abdur@crmwired.com](mailto:abdur@crmwired.com). My services are for businesses. By accepting a quote, paying an invoice or asking me to start work, you agree to these terms. If a written quote says something different, the quote applies for that project. ## Quotes and scope Setups and integrations start with a free 30-minute call. After it, I send a written scope and one fixed price. A quote is valid for 30 days. Anything outside the written scope is a change request. I tell you the extra cost before doing it, either as a new fixed price or at the hourly rate, and I start only once you agree in writing. Email counts. ## Prices and payment - Prices are in US dollars. They don't include taxes your country charges on services you buy, and any fees your bank charges to send a payment are yours. - Fixed-price projects: 50% of the price is due before work starts and 50% at handover. Larger projects can be split into milestones, which the quote will list. - Ongoing work and support: $100 an hour, tracked in 15-minute blocks. I invoice at the end of each month, or when a request is finished, with a log of the time spent. - Invoices are due within 7 days. You can pay by card through Stripe or by bank transfer, using the details on the invoice. - If an invoice is more than 14 days late, I may pause work until it's paid. ## What I need from you Access to your HubSpot portal and the other systems in the scope, with the permissions the work needs, plus answers, test data and sign-offs in reasonable time. You pay for your HubSpot plan and any other software subscriptions directly to those companies. If a project waits on you for more than 30 days, I may pause it and invoice the work done so far. ## Testing, handover and the fix period Syncs and automations run in test mode against real data before anything goes live. At handover you get documentation and training videos. If something I built doesn't work the way the written scope describes, tell me within 30 days of handover and I'll fix it at no charge. This doesn't cover new requests, changes someone else makes after handover, or changes HubSpot or another vendor makes to their product or API. I can handle those at the hourly rate. ## Who owns the work You do, once the project is paid in full. Everything is built in your accounts, and the documentation and videos are yours to keep and share inside your business. I keep my general know-how and the reusable code and methods I bring from other work, and I may use them for other clients, without any of your data or confidential details. ## Confidentiality and your data I keep your business information and the data in your systems confidential, and I use it only for the work you've asked for. I copy data out of your systems only when the work needs it, such as a backup before a large change, and I delete those copies when the project ends. If your company needs a data processing agreement, I'll sign a reasonable one. When the work ends, remove my user access or ask me to, and I'll confirm it's done. ## Other companies' software Most of my work connects tools made by other companies, such as HubSpot, Zapier, NetSuite, Shopify and ServiceTrade. I don't control them, so I'm not responsible for their outages, price changes, plan limits or API changes. I'll still help you work around them. ## Limits on liability I do the work with reasonable care and skill. I can't promise a particular business result, such as more revenue or a higher close rate. My total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project. For ongoing work, it's limited to what you paid me in the 3 months before the problem. I'm not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data. Before large changes I export or back up the records involved where the systems allow it, but you remain responsible for your own backups. Nothing here limits any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited. ## Ending a project Either of us can end a project or ongoing work by email. You pay for the work done up to that date. Case studies describe past client projects, and results depend on each business. HubSpot is a registered trademark of HubSpot, Inc. Other product names belong to their owners. CRM Wired is an independent consultancy and isn't part of HubSpot. ## Law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. If we disagree about something, we'll first try to sort it out by talking. If that doesn't work, the courts of New Mexico will decide it. ## Changes to these terms I may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
