## What changed

Before

For Cloud9 I led the end-to-end setup of HubSpot, building the system from scratch to connect sales, marketing and customer support.

After

One CRM for three teams, with reporting across the whole customer journey.

The build

## What I built

In the order the work was done.

Sales HubMarketing HubService Hub

**Stack:** HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Service Hub.

1. 01Sales Hub: custom pipelines, deal management workflows and task tracking
2. 02Marketing Hub: lead nurturing workflows, automated email campaigns and audience segmentation
3. 03Service Hub: a ticketing system, support workflows and a knowledge base
4. 04Automation for lead assignment, follow-ups and cross-team task management
5. 05Dashboards and custom reports across sales, marketing and support

The design started from a lifecycle model, so each team hands records to the next automatically.
